• All jewellery is presented in a gift box.

• OzelbyPriya jewellery is special and handcrafted by the Indian craftsmen, therefore each piece requires extra care as many settings are delicate and are prone to breakage if dropped or dealt with recklessly.

• Store your jewellery in its own box and not in the commercially available jewellery boxes as they may have chemical adhesives that may cause dis-colouring and blackening. You may keep them in a zip pouch also to prevent scratching, chipping and entanglement. All pieces must be kept individually to avoid  any scratches.

• If you wear your jewellery for a significant period of time, the plating will eventually wear down. To restore its appearance, you can always have it re-plated.

• Make sure your jewellery is not in contact with hard surfaces, which will scratch or wear down the plating or enameling.

• In order to protect your jewellery, it is recommended to keep it in a cool and dry place which is away from humidity, moisture and direct sunlight.

• Do not leave your jewellery hanging on a jewellery stand to avoid tarnishing quickly.

• Do not use a liquid cleaner, detergent, soap, toothpaste, etc to clean your jewellery as the liquid dries into the engravings.

• When dressing, jewellery should always be put on the last as make-up, cosmetics and perfumes can cause damage to delicate items.

• To maintain the condition of your jewellery and keep it looking new, always remove your jewellery during washing, cooking, physical exercise or showering as soap particles become lodged in stone settings and engravings. Soaps can also leave a film over metal and stones creating a dull appearance.
